The Program

What is Becoming the Man You Want to Be?

Becoming the Man You Want to Be is a facilitated program designed to provide a safe and supportive space for men to reflect, share and grow.

Through structured weekly sessions, participants are encouraged to explore the challenges they may face in their relationships, family, work and personal lives.

Through non-judgmental, open and honest discussion, men are invited to align their actions with their values and are offered practical tools to strengthen their relationships and communication. This is done in a space free from shame and focused on growth.

The program focuses on personal responsibility, supporting men to be accountable for the behaviours and decisions that shape their lives.

It provides men with an opportunity to explore how their values, attitudes and beliefs contribute to the wellbeing of themselves, their families and their community.

Rather than blaming or focusing on external circumstances, the program supports men to develop greater self-awareness, resilience, communication skills and meaningful connections with others.

Becoming the Man You Want to Be is committed to supporting men to be the best men they can be.
